Employee Services Section Head – IT Consultancy (Jakarta)

We are representing our client, a growing IT consultancy company in Jakarta, currently seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Employee Services Section Head to oversee HR administration and employee service functions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field
  • Working Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR administration, employee relations, or HR operations
  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other administrative tools

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee services
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of Basic Industrial Relations is an advantage
  • Holder of a valid SIM A/C (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative processes related to employees — including personnel data, attendance, leave, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Oversee employee welfare programs such as insurance, BPJS, medical check-ups, and other benefit-related matters.
  • Develop and enhance HR systems, SOPs, and service procedures to improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Provide timely information and administrative assistance to employees in a professional and responsive manner.
