Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for fresh and frozen seafood products in the Indonesian market.
  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with new customers including distributors, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and exporters.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with clients and suppliers.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

B. Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee daily operations related to seafood procurement, processing, cold storage, and distribution.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and product quality in compliance with company standards and fisheries regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and product freshness.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce operational costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Monitor stock availability, cold storage conditions, and intercity distribution performance.

C. Management & Reporting

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the sales, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with fisheries regulations, food safety standards, and certifications (e.g., HACCP, BKIPM, SNI).
  • Support strategic decision-making and contribute to the company's overall business direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in

  • Minimum
    3 years of managerial experience
    in fisheries, seafood distribution, or cold storage operations.
  • Strong professional network within the fisheries and seafood industry.
  • In-depth understanding of seafood supply chain processes — from sourcing and processing to cold storage and distribution.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
