About the Role
We are looking for a
Design Architect
to join our Network Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural design process of both greenfield and brownfield hospital projects. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure all designs meet regulatory standards and align with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process for hospital development and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with related departments and divisions to ensure design alignment and compliance.
- Present design concepts and plans to management for review and approval.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as part of the design development process.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in high-rise buildings and hospitals. - Technical Skills:
- Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
SketchUp
. - Strong understanding of
architectural regulations and hospital building standards
(PP, PMK, etc.). - Soft Skills:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working under deadlines and meeting project timelines.
