- Develop trade marketing strategy for all channels including trade promo, consumer promo, sampling, SPG, and POSM.
- Plan, manage, and execute the complete promotional calendar, defining the mechanism, duration, and objective (e.g., Uplift, Cost, Basket Size) for each campaign.
- Lead the execution of all Trade Programs & Consumer Promotions, ensuring timely launch, seamless deployment, and clear communication to the Sales team.
- Manage the end-to-end process for all Campaign Materials and Point of Sale Materials (POSM): from briefing design and overseeing production to managing distribution to the retail points.
- Design and supervise field activations, including Event, Pop-up, and other In-Store Programs, ensuring high-quality consumer engagement and experience.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis for all programs & promotions, measuring key metrics such as Sales Uplift, Cost, Basket Size, and effectiveness.
- Ensuring alignment with Marketing and Sales to aim corporate strategy, brand goals and sales targets.
- Develop, control, and monitor the budget for all programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and report on competitor promotional activities and strategies within the trade environment.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department in translating brand strategy into promotion strategy and collaborate with Sales and Retail Operation Team to ensure effective execution of the programs.
- Develop, control, and monitor the budget for all channel programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
Qualification
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related majors
- Has at least 6 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Promotion in major FMCG, experience in multi-brand bakery chain or retail is a plus.
- Strong grasp of promo economics, mechanics, depth, ROI, cannibalization and price-pack architecture basics. Proven record improving promo ROI and price realization.
- Advanced in analytical reporting and translating data into actionable trade and promotion strategies.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing end-to-end promotional cycles from planning to deployment, ensuring consistency and quality (flawless execution) across multiple retail points.
- Knowledge in how programs differ between channels, such as Modern Trade, General Trade, B2B, HoReCa.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheet, familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
