About the role
As a Production Supervisor at PT Strange Tech Cikarang Indonesia, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in South Cikarang, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products, while also leading and developing a team of dedicated production staff.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide hands-on training and support to production staff to develop their skills and capabilities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
- Analyse production data and provide detailed reports to management
- Foster a positive and motivating work culture within the production team
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tool
