About the Job:
Calling for an experienced Brand Solution Director to lead Waves' growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, securing new clients, and building long-term strategic relationships. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to connect client needs with agency capabilities, and the confidence to lead high-impact pitches and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial Level in Agency.
Experience in a digital agency would be an advantage.
Experienced in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferably has a proven track record leading 360 campaigns across media, creative, PR, and activation.
Strong strategic thinking and brand development capabilities.
Solid grasp of the media landscape (traditional & digital), creative, PR, and activation workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively.
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
Possess the capability to identify and monetize significant untapped opportunities that generate significant new revenue.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Create and deliver tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals.
Set revenue targets with leadership and develop strategies to achieve them.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive agency growth.
Build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to internal teams.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate with strategy and internal teams to refine proposals and agency offerings.
Track and report on business pipeline, performance, and revenue progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools.
Promote the agency brand and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
