Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome with internship experience.

  • Able to manage recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, people development, & employee relations.

  • Proficient in google slides, microsoft office, & HRIS tools (Talenta).

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Manage onboarding & offboarding.

Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR documents.

Support internal relation with existing employee.

Coordinate with departments regarding HR support needs on recruitment.
