Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Law or other relevant disciplines.
- 3–5 years of experience as HCBP or HC Generalist Supervisor.
- Solid understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, with expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
- Prior experience in the Mining Industry will be considered an advantage.

- Partner with business unit leaders to assess organizational needs and develop people solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Supervise the implementation of Human Capital policies and procedures within business units, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
- Drive career development frameworks and talent initiatives tailored to the unique requirements of each unit.
- Facilitate fair and constructive resolution of employee relations issues, serving as a trusted mediator in conflict and grievance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the performance management cycle, from goal setting to final evaluation, to build capability and accountability.
