. The company now positions itself as a
bridge between data, analytics, and AI
, empowering organizations to deliver consistent, governed insights across any tool or application.

They are expanding the
Indonesia region
and is seeking for an aggressive Enterprise Sales Manager with start-up mindset to open
Indonesia market
.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
    and contacts in an assigned territory.
  • Present and negotiate as well as build rapport with customers and partners
    and
    to lead negotiations and overcome objections
    for deal closure.
  • Participation in quarterly territory calls
    with sales management. Leading sales calls over the phone, online and in-person.
  • Meet Sales Target
  • Prospecting and sales cycle
    management skills -
    Lead Generation Account Management, opportunity qualification and discovery at both Prospect and Customer Accounts
  • Work directly with Marketing team
    to help coordinate events and make creative recommendations for future events.
    Preparation of Sales materials
  • Attend marketing events and follow-up on leads
    from these event.
  • Lead opportunity plans in CRM, constantly updating and refreshing accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
  • At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise software, education, or services preferred
  • Preferably experience with selling data analytics or data platforms or data warehouses, or application layers in the data space.
  • An outgoing, personable,
    high energy and confident person
    with a strong will to succeed especially to go after new accounts or find new partners in new partnerships. Have high levels of social perceptiveness and customer service.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professiona
    l with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Reliable, resourceful, team player, have strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
    Significant track record of quota over-achievement versus peers
  • Have success in new account development or large account management
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to relate business issues to IT initiatives and to
    present solutions across business unit, IT, and executives.
  • Experience managing Software sales cycles
    from start to finish.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
  • Good communication and formal presentation and/or writing skills in English

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Proficient user of Salesforce and other MS Office tools e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
