Responsibility:

Production management

  • Supervise and monitor production to achieve target, while maintaining hygiene level of production facility as well as the quality of the production lines
  • Supervise quality inspection before shipment (excluding the inspections required by government / industrial bodies)
  • Analyze and follow up production data such as input-output, yield, loss etc
  • Adjust equipment for stable operation
  • Planning of daily production plans, ordering of material quantities and inventory control (stocktaking)
  • Work in shifts and perform duties for each shift

Occupational Safety and Environmental Management

  • Supervise safety, health and environment in production lines, identify deficiencies and implement improvements

Manpower Management

  • Follow up quality system and productivity improvement
  • Set and control manpower (Personnel assignment) in the production line

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science or equivalent. ← Reconsider if necessary
  • Experience in production supervision 3 years in the FMCG Food Industry or relevant industry from MNCs
  • Knowledge, skill and ability required:
  • Ability to analyse Supply Chain Management, logical thinking
  • Management skills, Communication, Leadership, Planning and Decision Making
  • Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all level in highly diverse, multicultural environment and team working
  • Ability to developing others : ability to coach, mentor or help others to improve their knowledge, skill and abilities
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Able to speak/ write in Japanese language is an added advantage
