Job Description:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
- Define selection criteria based on role requirements and team goals
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms (e.g., social media and professional networks)
- Plan and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- Review and assess candidate profiles through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Willing to work from the office 2–3 times per week
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Background in headhunting or recruitment agency is a plus
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
