Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Define selection criteria based on role requirements and team goals
  • Source potential candidates through various online platforms (e.g., social media and professional networks)
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
  • Review and assess candidate profiles through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Willing to work from the office 2–3 times per week
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Background in headhunting or recruitment agency is a plus
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
