About the role
We're seeking an experienced Supervisor of Industrial Relations & General Affairs (SPV IR&GA) to join our dynamic team at PT Geluran Adikarya. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the company's industrial relations and general affairs, ensuring seamless operations and fostering positive employee relations at our office in Sidoarjo, East Java.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing industrial relations strategies to maintain harmonious employee-employer relationships
- Negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements with trade unions
- Handling employee grievances and disputes, and finding effective resolutions
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and employment regulations
- Overseeing the general affairs of the company, including facility management, administration, and logistics
- Providing support and guidance to the HR team on employee-related matters
- Fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or employee relations management
- Thorough understanding of labour laws, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with general administration and facility management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
