Job Title: Sales Manager – Padel

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our padel equipment sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the padel market, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for sports. You will drive the sales, develop strategic plans, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends and adjust plans accordingly to maintain competitive positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail channels.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, coaches, clubs, and retailers.
• Attend industry events, tournaments, and trade shows to promote the brand and build networks.
• Product & Market Expertise
• Stay informed about padel product trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on market insights.
• Reporting & Forecasting
• Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Overseeing execution and coordination of orders with our warehouse
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the sports industry
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for padel and good knowledge of the sport and its market.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa and English.
Preferred:
• Existing network in the padel retail or coaching community.
• Multilingual capabilities and experience in international sales.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
