Job Description
- Performing operation and maintenance activities 8x5
- Communicating with manufacturer's TAC (Technical Assistance Center) If needed
- Familiar with Ticketing system such Service now, Remedy, Managed Engine)
- Regularly update incident ticket to customer, MOP creation
- Maintain SDWAN branch database, configuration system documentation by regularly updating and auditing for customer validity
Requirement
- Experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
- Experience on maintaining and troubleshooting on WAN/SDWAN device , access point, NGFW Fortinet or related technology
- University degree (S1) or equivalent in IT and/or Electrical Engineering
- NSE 4 / CCNA minimum, Fortinet or other network professional level certification is preferable
- Familiar and experience with Fortinet/Fortigate as a SDWAN appliance
- Having experience with Forti Manager, Forti Anaylzer will be advantage
- Able to demonstrate network troubleshooting skills in the interview
- Detailed level hands on experience with the related technology applied for the positions on the enterprise or telco environment
- Strong technical aptitude with analytical thinking
- Ability to show initiative in solving problems and drive to succeed
- Excellent team player
