As the Social Media Section Head, you will lead the strategic direction and operations of our social media division. You'll be responsible for shaping the brand's online presence and ensuring consistent, high-impact digital communication across platforms.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and oversee overall social media strategy for the brand and its programs


• Supervise social media content creators


• Lead campaign planning, platform-specific growth strategies, and creative direction


• Analyze data and insights to optimize content and increase engagement


• Coordinate cross-department efforts (marketing, production, PR, etc)


• Manage timelines, team priorities, and editorial calendars


• Ensure alignment with brand voice, visual guidelines, and digital trends

Requirements:


• Minimum 3-5 years experience in social media coordinator or equivalent


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Proficient in digital analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, etc.)


• Strategic thinker with strong creative sensibilities


• Up-to-date with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Have experience in digital agency, media, entertainment, or broadcasting


• Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
