JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
  • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
  • Handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
  • Responsible to build and maintain a strong brand identity
  • Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility and Utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
  • Create and implement strategic plans to grow Little Palmerhaus's brand presence, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including e-commerce, sales, creative, production, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with min. 4 years experience in related fields
  • Having background from Skincare, Personal Care or Fashion industry is more preferred
  • Must have experience in handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
  • Conduct competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaigns
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
