Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in an F&B Company
- Strong analytical skills and confidence
- Excellent communication & training skills
- Possession of a training certificate is a plus
- Willing to travel out of town if required
Job Description:
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to store staff strictly following approved curricula/SOPs
- Coach on the floor (demo → practice → feedback) until store staff meet standard work and safety/food-safety requirements
- Assess and certify store staff competency; record results and assign refreshers as needed
- Plan and coordinate training schedules with Operational Managers; ensure venues, tools, and materials are ready
- Complete attendance, scores, and CAPA documentation within 24 hours; escalate recurring gaps to content owners
