About The Role
As our
Food Mass Market Senior Business Analyst
, you'll drive strategic and analytical initiatives to grow GoFood's Mass Market segment. You'll combine business understanding, user behavior insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities, run targeted campaigns, and scale solutions that strengthen user engagement and increase overall product performance.
What Will You Do
- Discover growth opportunities in business metrics and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights
- Drive actionable insights recommendations such as making funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, etc.
- Identify the business need and generate hypothesis based on business need to design & run experiments
- Build predictive models or clustering models to improve consumer targeting intervention effectiveness
- Ability to integrate qualitative data (user interviews, surveys, and behavioral research) alongside quantitative analysis to enhance EDA, refine hypothesis testing, and identify friction points to improve customer experience and business strategies
- Create and manage dashboards and data pipelines to monitor metrics to measure business performance
- Working closely with the business team and other data teams (Data Engineer, Data Science) to implement data solutions.
What Will You Need
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics. Preferrable from consulting or tech company
- Has end to end the problem-solving mindset that can work well with stakeholders
- Comfortable analyzing large amounts of raw data and able to communicate the insights to a wider audience
- Having capability in SQL
- A proactive team-player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Open to acquiring new skills and taking on diverse projects
