Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets within modern trade channels.
- Manage relationships with major key accounts (e.g., Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Store Chains).
- Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotional activities, and annual business plans with key customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and merchandising) to ensure flawless execution of in-store programs and promotions.
- Monitor category and channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, merchandising, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Having 5+
years
of experience in
Key Account Management
within
FMCG or Retail
, with strong exposure to
Modern Trade channels
. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of trade analytics and sales performance metrics.
