Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets within modern trade channels.
  • Manage relationships with major key accounts (e.g., Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Store Chains).
  • Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotional activities, and annual business plans with key customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and merchandising) to ensure flawless execution of in-store programs and promotions.
  • Monitor category and channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, merchandising, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Having 5+
    years
    of experience in
    Key Account Management
    within
    FMCG or Retail
    , with strong exposure to
    Modern Trade channels
    .
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of trade analytics and sales performance metrics.
