Paritas is partnered with a leading and rapidly growing Oil and Gas client in Indonesia who are looking to add a Senior Associate to their Talent Acquisition team.

Purpose of the Role

  • To manage and deliver talent acquisition activities for assigned divisions/assets, ensuring high quality candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • To partner with business stakeholders / hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, talent pipelines, and ensure TA strategy aligns with business goals.
  • To ensure hiring KPIs are met (time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.) and that all hires align with company values, competencies, technical skills and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management: Act as main point of contact with hiring managers to understand role requirements, get alignment on job specifications, timelines, and selection criteria.
  • Sourcing & attraction: Develop and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, social media, employee referrals) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screening & selection: Manage screening processes, interviews, assessment tools, and ensure fair and effective evaluation of candidates.
  • Recruitment administration: Oversee offer process, negotiations, background checks, onboarding coordination.
  • Workforce planning support: Assist in demand forecasting, workforce planning, identifying talent gaps, succession planning.
  • Metrics & reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs for talent acquisition (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, retention, candidate experience, sourcing effectiveness).
  • Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies in recruitment processes; suggest and help implement improvements (tools, automation, candidate journey enhancements).
  • Employer branding & candidate experience: Contribute to building or enhancing employer brand, ensuring candidate experience is strong.
  • Compliance & policy: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with internal policies, diversity & inclusion, labour laws, immigration, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Education

Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related). Advanced degree preferred in some cases.

  • Experience

5‑8 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with experience in energy / oil & gas or related sectors preferred. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical / operational roles.

  • Stakeholder & Business Partnering Skills

Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, understand business needs, influence hiring managers.

  • Sourcing Skills

Strong sourcing skills (using multiple channels), possibly direct sourcing / headhunting.

  • Analytical & Reporting Skills

Comfortable with tracking data, using ATS / HR systems, generating reports, dashboards.

  • Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication; able to present hiring metrics; negotiation skills.

  • Process / Project Management

Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities; coordination across functions; possibly managing vendor / agency partners.

  • Cultural Fit

Alignment with company values; able to operate in a dynamic, cross‑cultural organization; agility.

  • Technology

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; sourcing platforms; basic HR tech / tools; MS Office/Excel at least.
