RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and handle a high volume of contracts, especially in the early stage of business.
Provide legal advice to management and internal teams.
Draft, review & negotiate contracts and agreements.
Occasionally review contracts from other entities in the group.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian business laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in law
At least 3 years of in-house or corporate legal experience (startup/fast-paced environment is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Indonesian business laws
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
