What we looking for :
- At least 1-2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, account coordination, or a high-touch client-facing role, ideally with a company offering similar B2B tech services. You are naturally engaging, collaborative, and energized by conversations, especially during first impressions and discovery calls.
- Sales-Oriented and Proactive: someone who can build instant rapport, nurture relationships, and strategically support the sales process to win deals.
- An "Owner" and highly efficient: you take pride in managing the details and communications that allow the team to close deals faster.
- Ambitious and Growth-Oriented: you are eager to learn our processes, master this role, and are on a clear track to becoming a Sales Manager.
- Having an existing network or client connections in tech/logistics industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities :
• Own the administrative backbone of the sales cycle: expertly preparing and managing proposals, contracts, and sales reports to ensure a fast, professional process.
• Be the "face" of Slash for new leads: building instant rapport, handling initial qualification, and acting as the primary point of contact to nurture the relationship.
• Partner directly with senior sales leaders on high-value deals, handling discovery call scheduling, meeting preparation, and ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Drive momentum in the pipeline: proactively following up with prospects, ensuring all questions are answered, and keeping deals moving forward.
• Collaborate closely with Project managers and IT in translating the customer's needs
• Consistently meet targets related to lead response time, client communication, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2+ years of professional experience in a B2B tech role, ideally within a software development or tracking company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferable.
• Demonstrable experience supporting an end-to-end sales cycle, especially in managing sales documentation, proposals, and client communication.
• Experience with (or a strong understanding of) custom software development and team augmentation services (not SaaS or product-only solutions) is highly preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing role, comfortably engaging with business stakeholders and decision-makers.
