Job Specification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology / Chemical / Biology Engineering / Nutrition, or equivalent.
- Experienced in handling the beverage or snack (wafer/biscuit/cookies) in product in line processes or laboratory.
- Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
- Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
- Possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts).
- Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, West Java.
Responsibility :
- Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
- Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance against established KPIs.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
