Job Specification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology / Chemical / Biology Engineering / Nutrition, or equivalent.
  • Experienced in handling the beverage or snack (wafer/biscuit/cookies) in product in line processes or laboratory.
  • Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
  • Possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts).
  • Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, West Java.

Responsibility :

  • Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
  • Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance against established KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
