Are you an experienced Sales Representative looking for an exciting new challenge? PT Jaykay Files Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our sales team in Semarang and Surabaya. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
- Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Providing detailed sales reports and insights to management
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the same or a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process
- Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
