Job Description:

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and growth in the personal mobility industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key retail partners, including department stores and specialty shops. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store managers and purchasing teams.
  • Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Regularly visit key account locations to oversee operations, ensure product displays meet brand standards (Visual Merchandising), and monitor overall brand presence.
  • Sales Team Training & Development: Conduct product training and sales technique coaching for retail staff (PCs) to enhance their performance and ensure they can effectively communicate product value to customers.
  • Sales & Stock Coordination: Monitor sales performance by branch and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Act as a liaison between key accounts and the central marketing team. Collaborate on in-store campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Influencer & PR Support: Assist the marketing team in coordinating with influencers for product reviews and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and sales objectives.

What You Will Need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management).
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data queries).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
