Footwear Quality Assurance/Footwear Manufacturing Engineer

Join a leading sports company that disrupts both product and supply chain. As a Production Quality Assurance Engineer, you manage product quality and process control in partnership with our manufacturing partners to elevate On’s footwear products to a premium level.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential product quality risks and coordinate follow‑up actions with the commercialisation team.
• Collaborate with On’s manufacturing partners to continuously improve early‑stage production for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all products meet premium appearance and function standards.
• Verify that all products are lab‑tested and satisfy physical and RSL requirements before shipment.
• Track customer quality feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Manage production sustainability, compliance, and health & safety in the production environment.
• Perform daily line audits from cut to box and work with the factory to implement corrective actions.
• Track PO shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5‑7 years of experience in footwear production quality management.
• Detail‑oriented with strong focus on function and quality.
• Result‑oriented, independent worker with strong organisational discipline.
• Fluent in English and proficient at written communication.
• Creative and disciplined in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence.
• Willing to relocate to Pamalang, central Java, and travel domestically.
