Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Business Analyst located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and working closely with the IT team to design and implement IT solutions.
Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and pain points.
- Evaluate and map existing business processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement or automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, or process flows for technical teams.
- Partner with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solutions are aligned with business expectations.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management efforts.
- Support strategic digital projects across departments, helping to drive consistency, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large organizational environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and identify root causes.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus but not mandatory.
