Responsible for overseeing production planning, inventory control, production scheduling, and effective management of logistics and warehousing. Monitors and manages all transactions related to production and logistics, prepares periodic reports, and ensures accurate and timely data and process management. Optimizes the use of ERP systems and related tools to support smooth operations and cost efficiency. Requires strong analytical skills, cross-department coordination, and independent operational supervision.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of leadership experience in related fields or 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience in providing recommendations to management regarding production schedules, inventory control, and distribution efficiency for cost savings and improved operations will be an advantage.
- Understand and comply with Indonesian and international regulations related to PPIC and logistics; have experience managing PPIC and logistics processes in ERP or related systems.
- Able to independently supervise transaction recording, stock reconciliation, and preparation of logistics, inventory, and production reports.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus; detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical, able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
