Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Staff
Department: Marketing / Business Development
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events, including exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Maintain and update company website and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and media partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in ndustrial sector).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or social media management tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.

Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge in industrial or technical marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events or customer engagement.
