Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, social media posts, and presentations.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events, including exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Maintain and update company website and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and media partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in ndustrial sector).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or social media management tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge in industrial or technical marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in managing online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally for events or customer engagement.
