Andal founded in 1988, provides a software package for HR, Payroll, Income Tax, and Attendance for the Indonesian market. The company has almost 500 clients, ranging from service companies to manufacturing, financial institutions, and hospitality industries.

Job Description

  • Identify, analyze, and gather payroll business process requirements from customers.
  • Analyze the gaps between the client's existing business processes and Andal's system capabilities, including proposing appropriate workarounds for any identified limitations.
  • Create a database to be used as the foundation for implementation.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the assessment results, ensuring that the Andal application can serve as a solution and operate according to the client's needs and the agreed-upon workarounds as stated in the URD (User Requirement Document).
  • Provide feedback to the production team regarding strategies and innovations for new products that meet current demands.

Requirements

  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software applications.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of payroll business processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
