The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and creative Editor / Content Creator to join our growing team at PT. LEDINGDING TRADING INDONESIA'. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies to drive the success of our online shop. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, this is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and curate high-quality content for our online shop, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align content with broader brand and business objectives
  • Optimise content for search engine visibility and user engagement
  • Monitor content performance and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and e-commerce
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators and freelance contributors

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a content creation or editorial role, ideally within the marketing & communications or brand management industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in using content management systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail operations
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
