Job Responsibilities:
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions for students.
- Support students in developing positive behavior, confidence, and social-emotional skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address students' academic or behavioral concerns.
- Identify students who may need additional support and provide appropriate interventions or referrals.
- Organize workshops and awareness programs related to mental health and well-being.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate counseling records.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Prior experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
