Ensurethe3PLadherestoallcompanySOPs(StandardOperatingProcedures)relatedtogoodshandling,storage,andreporting.
ActasinternalProjectManagerforperiodicStockOpname(InventoryAudit),coordinatingwiththe3PLteamandexternal/internalauditors.

Operational Analysis & Reporting

Analyzeagingstock,slow-moving,andnon-movingdatatoprovideproactiverecommendationstorelevantteams(Commercial,Finance)fordispositionactions.
ProvideanalyticalreportsandstrategicinsightstotheOperationsManagertosupportdecisionmaking.

Project Management & Process Improvement

ActastheProjectLeadforimprovementinitiativesinthewarehousearea
Proactivelyidentifybottlenecksorinefficienciesintheworkflowbetweencompanyandthe3PL,thendesignandexecutecorrectivesolutions.
Collaboratewithinternalteamand3PLteamsfortroubleshootingsystemintegrationissuesandnecessaryenhancementdevelopment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum3-5yearsofsolidexperience inInventoryControl,WarehouseOperations,orSupplyChainAnalysis.
Musthaveexperienceworkingwithoroverseeinga3PLvendor .Understandthedynamics,contracts,andSLAsinvendormanagement.
ExpertinMicrosoftExcel (PivotTables,PowerQuery,complexanalyticalfunctions,datamodeling).
