About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses as an Admin Staff Officer. In this full-time role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a vital administrative support function that contributes to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Documentation Management: Creating, organizing, and updating all project documents, forms, and records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to the team.
  • Project Scheduling: Managing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular progress reports and updating the project manager and stakeholders on project status.
  • Budget Assistance: Monitoring project expenditures, tracking budgets, and assisting with financial record-keeping.
  • Team Support: Coordinating project activities and providing administrative support to the project team.
  • Communication Hub: Serving as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and facilitating communication among team members.

Essential Skills:

· Organization: For managing documents, schedules, and workflows.

· Communication: For effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

· Time Management: To ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

· Attention to Detail: To maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
