The job descriptions detail:
-Develop high-level project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Define the formulation of high-level project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives to ensure strategic and successful project execution.
-Manage the delivery of IT services to clients in alignment with defined deliverables, SLAs, contractual obligations including BAST sign-offs, and client expectations.
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on project outcomes addressing technical, financial, operational concerns, and project lifecycle, budget overruns, and project execution.
-Ensure delivered products and services meet established quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
-Provide regular reports to management regarding project performance, risks, and status updates.
-Take ownership of and responsibility for major project execution.
