Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the Personnel Department, including industrial relations, labor compliance and socio cultural dynamics within the workplace
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company's vision and strategic directions
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, bipartite communication, and enforcement of company regulations
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all employment practices comply with applicable labor laws and corporate standards
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
* At least 10 years of professional experience in HR with a strong focus on Industrial Relations, preferably within FMCG, distribution, sales or marketing environments
* In-depth understanding of Employment Law, Job Creation legislation, and industrial relations best practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
