Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies (Risk Assestment)
- Generate regular status reports for both management and stakeholders
- Ensure the project closing meet required target, quality and budget
- Foster a collaborative and high performance work environment
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution (Project Issue Escallation)
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, challenges, and successes
- Implement quality control processes and conduct necessary inspections
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Management from reputable university
- Have experience as a Project Manager for at least 3 years, especially in the telecommunications industry.
- Understanding of Acceptance Test concepts and procedures, as well as Telco project implementation standards.
- Proficient in project management and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Accustomed to coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Able to use project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel as needed for the project.
