Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies (Risk Assestment)
  • Generate regular status reports for both management and stakeholders
  • Ensure the project closing meet required target, quality and budget
  • Foster a collaborative and high performance work environment
  • Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution (Project Issue Escallation)
  • Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, challenges, and successes
  • Implement quality control processes and conduct necessary inspections

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Management from reputable university
  • Have experience as a Project Manager for at least 3 years, especially in the telecommunications industry.
  • Understanding of Acceptance Test concepts and procedures, as well as Telco project implementation standards.
  • Proficient in project management and the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Accustomed to coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Able to use project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel as needed for the project.
