Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff training, budgeting, maintaining service quality, and enhancing customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Training and team management skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
