  • Admin & Accounting :

Job Description :

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and company documentation.

  • Record, review, and input financial transactions into the system.

  • Prepare financial reports (invoices, petty cash, reconciliations, etc.).

  • Ensure all documents and transactions comply with company procedures and policies.

  • Provide administrative support to teams and related departments.

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth company operations.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3-5 year of experience in Admin/Accounting role

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel : Vlookup,Pivot )

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Able to work under deadlines and pressure.

  • Familiar with Accurate accounting software.
