Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sparepart Supervisor or Aftersales Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and multi-branch coordination skills.
- Proficient in operational management, customer service, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate service center teams to meet performance and service standards.
- Oversee daily operations, manage work schedules, and ensure smooth coordination across branches.
- Establish and monitor SOPs and SLAs to maintain service quality and consistency.
- Provide technical support and guidance for complex cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and efficient customer service operations.
