Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sparepart Supervisor or Aftersales Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and multi-branch coordination skills.
  • Proficient in operational management, customer service, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate service center teams to meet performance and service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage work schedules, and ensure smooth coordination across branches.
  • Establish and monitor SOPs and SLAs to maintain service quality and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for complex cases, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and efficient customer service operations.
