Job Description

We're hiring an ambitious, detail-oriented CHEF, TEACHER, ART HOUSEKEEPING VILLA and Administrator to manage client inquiries and CRM systems at our clinic in Bali, Indonesia.

Role: CRM & Customer Service Manager

Schedule: Full-Time (onsite in Canggu, Bali)

Salary: Based on experience + performance bonuses

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM Systems
  • Ability to write, adapt & optimize client scripts
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa (other language is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Process new & returning client inquiries
  • Improve communication scripts & CRM stages
  • Suggest optimizations to sales funnel
  • Monitor client journey & lead status
