About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Key Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Modern Trade accounts, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent execution in the field to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts by monitoring and driving Month-on-Month (MoM) and Year-on-Year (YoY) sales performance.
  • Ensure the achievement of New Product Listing (NPL) targets in line with company goals.
  • Drive distribution and visibility of existing products to strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor and ensure high service level performance with accounts and distributors.
  • Manage and control Stock on Hand (SOH) to maintain optimal levels (below 1.5 months).
  • Prepare and deliver accurate Sell-In vs. Sell-Out performance reports on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and control budget utilization to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor promotional plans, ensuring effective execution and target achievement.
  • Review and verify return requests from Modern Trade accounts, including physical checks and product disposal when needed.
  • Conduct store visits and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination meetings with distributors to evaluate sales performance, resolve field issues, and plan upcoming activities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations and distributor management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel for store visits and coordination with distributors
