Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution Company
- Having knowledge about IT Products & Solution
- Have a strong customer base, for example in oil and gas mining areas, or in large state-owned companies, or in telcos outside Tsel, or in FS
- Have database/customer list coverage from the existing account
- Able to provide solution skills for future customers
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals
- Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Job Description :
- Fulfill sales targets according to the segment.
- Selling total IT solutions under Phintraco Group.
- Monitoring the entire process of product sales going well up to the payment stage.
- Presentation, coordination with internal product support, and development engineers
- Understand business processes in general and consultative sales skills.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and acquiring new customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and coordination.
