About the Role

You’ll turn big ideas into programs that shape Indonesia’s future generation. From youth summits, Model United Nations conference, and mentorship bootcamps to nationwide scholarship drives, you’ll manage the full lifecycle—from concept and partnerships to execution and impact measurement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive applications, engagement, and visibility of SejutaCita programs (events, scholarships, Model United Nations conference, or leadership bootcamps).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and communication flow.
  • Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve program quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and sponsors.
Requirements
  • Experienced in marketing & project management, preferably in education, youth, or non-profit sectors.
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills—you keep things moving.
  • Clear communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Bonus Points
  • Experience managing large-scale youth or educational initiatives.
  • Background in partnerships, sponsorships, or event production.
  • Passion for empowering youth through education, mentorship, or leadership.
