Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business automation, data analytics, or ERP-related projects.
- Strong technical understanding of process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent).
- Proficient in data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Solid understanding of business processes and cross-functional workflows, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Able to translate business requirements into digital or technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to improve process efficiency and accuracy across departments.
- Collaborate with Senior BP Specialists and BP Technical Specialists to convert process improvements into technical automation solutions.
- Develop data dashboards and reports to track efficiency, cost, and automation performance.
- Perform technical testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure automations run with minimal errors.
- Support the implementation and user adoption of new automated processes.
