Base pay rangeResponsibilities
- Presales Leadership: Lead and manage the presales team in developing customized IT solutions across industries, own the end-to-end presales lifecycle, collaborate with Sales, and ensure technical compliance and value addition.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships, negotiate and manage partnership agreements, and oversee partner certifications and compliance.
- Solution Innovation & Enablement: Lead the design and delivery of IT solutions, oversee solution customization, and train teams on new partner capabilities.
- Business and Market Research: Monitor industry trends, analyze market data, and oversee problem management processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Tech, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in IT presales, solution architecture, or related fields, with experience managing high-value proposals and partnerships, leading teams, and understanding industry trends.
Soft Skills: Contract negotiation, leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and travel flexibility.
