Responsibilities:
- Implement organizational management and organizational development infrastructure updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with the group's business strategy.
- Implementing organizational culture programs to ensure that work values and behaviors are internalized across all organization , including developing a culture roadmap, implementing value campaigns, and coordinating culture internalization activities.
- Carry out knowledge management and continuous evaluation of the implementation of OD programs, organizational culture, and performance management
- Carrying out communication activities and cultural campaigns on an ongoing basis through various internal media, engagement activities and event
- Carrying out the preparation, updating, and socialization of policies, guidelines, and SOPs for Organization Development, organizational culture, and performance management
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organisational development and culture management
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering or Management
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective change management
- Experience in Culture Transformation / Internalization Program, Strategic Workforce Planning, and implementation agile organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and using HR analytics to measure the impact of initiatives
