Role Description
This is a contract role for an HR Payroll Specialist located on-site in Jakarta. The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, ensuring accurate salary disbursement, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions related to employee compensation and benefits. The role requires attention to detail, compliance with legal regulations, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management
- Understanding of payroll processes, payroll structure and legal compliance
- Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for onboarding, offboarding, and audits.
- Understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, Maintain and enhance payroll systems for efficiency.
- Proficiency in manual calculation in payroll process instead of depending on HRIS software and capable to conduct data analysis and reconciliation if needed
