Experience required: at least 5 years in the chemical industry.

Skills: Good leadership & communication skills, project management skills, MS Office skills.

Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all production and engineering activities to ensure efficient, effective, and safe operations. To achieve production targets with high quality, optimal costs, and ensure reliability and continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and infrastructure.
Job Description / Responsibilities- Responsible for the supervision of the implementation of the product manufacturing process that meets the quality requirements set according to the standard.
- Responsible for machine maintenance programs and factory related projects.
- Responsible for organizing the placement/division of daily tasks of subordinates.
- Direct subordinate personnel in all implementations of processing and packaging tasks, both technically and administratively. Make reports on production activities, machine maintenance and projects on a regular basis.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) process based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to achieve targets in the department / Division.
- Manage continuous improvement projects in the department. Ensure evaluation of all aspects of the production process on a regular basis so that it runs smoothly and safely.
- S1 in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 5R.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
